♦ Please follow the General Reservations instructions below.  Once you build your Profile, you will only need to enter your User ID & Password for future bookings.  You will also be able to cancel your tee-times if necessary through your My Profile /Reservation History.  Note: credit card information is for booking purposes only- you will not be charged- since you will be providing ticket(s) as payment at check-in.

Member Reservations:

♦ Member tee times can be made 21 days in advance for any tee time prior to May 21st.  After May 21st, tee times can be made up to 21 days in advance: (Monday & Tuesday: anytime; Wednesday - Friday: before 10:am or after 2:pm; Saturday & Sunday before 9:am & after 1:pm).  Any remaining available tee time within a 2-day window is eligble for Member booking.

General Reservations:  FYI:*You can now Book tee-times via SmartPhones & through Facebook    
♦  To insure efficiency, refine your search to the correct date and time range.
♦  You will need a valid credit card to 'book and hold' a tee time reservation, but you will pay the day of play.
♦  To begin, set up your Profile.  Once you build your Profile, you will only need to enter your User ID & Password for future bookings.  You will also be able to cancel your tee-times if necessary through your My Profile / Reservation History.
♦  Public Tee Times may be made up to 30 days in advance when booking on-line & 28 days in advance when booking in person or over the phone.
♦  General tee times can be made for a maximum of 4 players- at a time.

♦  The fee you will be quoted- is for green fees only.  The quoted fee does not include $14/person 'optional' cart fees, or sales tax.

Cancellation Policy:
At least 48 hours notice must be given to cancel or modify a tee time. You may also cancel tee times if necessary through the website within the 48 hour window. To do this, login to My Profile and at the bottom is your Reservation History where you may cancel.  You may also modify or cancel your reservation during daylight hours- either in person or over the phone by calling (262) 284-7075 x6620.  Another option to modify or cancel your tee time, is to email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , please be specific in your instructions.  If the change or cancellation is not made within the 48 hour timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed a "No Show Fee" for the full amount of your reservation.  Please communicate with us to prevent "No Show" charges.

If the golf course is closed due to weather before your tee time, we will not charge your credit card.  Don't assume the course is closed if it is raining in 'your' area.  Please call us at (262) 284-7075 extension #1 to confirm the golf course conditions and your cancellation, if necessary.

Dress Code:
Please inform your entire group of the dress code policy- it saves both your guests and our staff an embarrassing situation.
♦  No denim jeans or denim shorts.
♦  No t-shirts or tank tops.
♦  Collared shirts are required.
♦  Shorts must be Burmuda length.
♦  Metal spikes are not allowed.

Other Regulations:
♦  Personal coolers are prohibited on the golf course.
♦  No outside alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought on to the premises.
♦  Each golfer must have their own set of clubs to play.  We do have rental sets.
