
THE BOG's 18 holes flow through 297 acres of wetlands, woods, rolling hills and wildlife habitat. The entire western boundary of THE BOG abuts the Cedarburg Bog, the largest peatland in southern Wisconsin. The Cedarburg Bog contains over 1,700 acres and has been designated a National Natural Area Landmark and part of the national system of Experimental Ecological Reserves. It will never be developed thus providing a beautiful, natural backdrop for golf.
THE BOG is a par 72 championship golf course. The course will play anywhere from 5,100 yards to 7,200 yards thanks to the 87 tee boxes which have been constructed. THE BOG's design offers an enjoyable yet challenging blend of long and short holes, left and right doglegs, wide and narrow fairways, varying elevations, hazards, strategic bunkering, and gentle undulating greens.
